General Information

The establishment purpose of the Department of Architecture; To educate modern architects who respect the environment, society and ethical values, can use information and technology correctly, have creative, entrepreneurial and leading features. The education target of the Department of Architecture is to train and educate students who have the knowledge and equipment about architecture that can make applications at national and international level. 
In this training, besides the objectives set in the national education system, the objectives set by the United Nations Educational Institution (UNESCO) and the European Community Commission will be followed. In terms of accessing these objectives, courses on architectural education are divided into four main areas: 
  • Architectural design - building technologies,
  • Building Information,
  • History of architecture and art,
  • Restoration and renovation.
