Message from the Director

The proposal of the Rectorate of our University to establish a Vocational School of Civil Aviation in Ağrı for training qualified personnel for the aviation sector of our University was examined at the General Assembly of Higher Education dated 15.08.2013 and in accordance with the article 7 / d-2 of the Law numbered 2547, it was deemed appropriate and established.

The rapid growth seen in the air transportation sector in our country in recent years has also revealed the need for human resources trained in this field. In order to meet the rapidly increasing passenger demand, the need for qualified human resources in the aviation sector has increased as a result of new airline companies entering the market, growing fleets of companies, increasing the number of airports in our country and increasing new airport capacities. The main purpose of the Civil Aviation Cabin Services Program is to train personnel who are prone to teamwork, have strong customer relations, solution-oriented, effective communication skills, dynamic and operational level activities, in line with the growth in the aviation sector. We believe that the Civil Aviation Vocational School opened within the body of Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University will play an important role in meeting the human resource needs of the aviation industry.
