Our Duties and Responsibilities
Duties of the manager

The Director is appointed by the Rector for three years among the full-time faculty members of the University. The expired Manager can be re-appointed.
The Director submits one of the university's monthly instructors to the Rector's approval to be appointed as Assistant Director to assist him in his work.

1. Representing the center.


2. To manage the units of the Center for the purposes of the Center.


3. To implement the decisions taken by the Board of Directors and the work program prepared.


4. To manage the projects prepared within the center for the purposes of the Center.


5. At the end of each year, to prepare a report on the activities carried out within that year and submit it to the Board of Directors.


6. Taking measures to ensure the continuous development of the center, working towards opening appropriate programs.


7. To provide all kinds of communication and coordination necessary for the best execution of the projects, courses and other activities carried out within the center.


8. Meeting with the relevant parties about the activities carried out and projected by the center. Making contracts in accordance with the relevant legislation.


9. Submitting proposals related to the assignment of personnel to the Rectorate.


 Board and Duties
Board of Directors; It consists of seven (7) people, including five lecturers appointed by the Rector among the Director, Deputy Director and University lecturers. 1. The Board is chaired by the Director. The Board of Directors takes decisions by discussing the agenda items prepared by the Director.

1. The Board of Directors convenes with absolute majority and decisions are taken by majority vote.


2. To determine the principles regarding the preparation of the annual report to be prepared by the manager at the end of each activity period, to evaluate the presented report, to organize the work schedule for the next period.


3. To propose the conditions of issuance of certificate of achievement, certificate and similar documents to be given at the end of the education programs to the University Senate.


4. To determine which of the proposed training programs will be organized, who will be assigned to the programs organized and the amount of payments to be assigned.


5. To prepare the budget of the center.


6. Establishing working groups and commissions required for the work of the center
