With the need for faster, safer and higher quality communication, the services in this field have become mandatory to be carried out by trained professional staff. The socioeconomic situation that is developing and changing every day in our country and in the world; it has now reduced the importance of distances, spatial differences and cultural differences. In parallel, fast, safe and quality communication needs of people have come to the fore. As a result, new applications for distribution services, cargo and logistics services have been launched within the scope of postal services.

Considering that approximately 1000 distribution personnel trained in the field are needed every year at PTT General Directorate and this need is increasing gradually; It is necessary to open a higher education program in order to meet the educated manpower needs of postal services, which are gaining more importance every day in our country, and to fill the gap in this field. With the Mail Services Program, it is aimed to educate the knowledgeable, responsible, responsible and trained manpower in the field to work in the postal sector.
