The aim of Business Administration Department is to raise the qualified manpower who has the knowledge, skill, and education that is needed for local, regional public and international corporations that are in business in several scales and the public enterprises. In addition to that, it aims to bring qualified entrepreneurs and member of professions who can convert regional sources and potentials into economic benefit, and who can describe regional and competitive advantages that are in a broader scale. The goal is to understand the basic concepts of Business Administration and to gain interdisciplinary perspective, to know the business functions (administration, marketing, production, human resources, financing, accounting, public relations, research-development) in line with total quality management and to transfer them into application, to have information about marketing functions and entrepreneurship and to be able to apply the fundamental principles of business processes and project management techniques, to know the business processes like communication, leadership, motivation, disagreement and team work, at the same time, to have the awareness of business ethics and social responsibility, to recognize the basic concepts about economy, and to express the importance of external trade in terms of national economy and businesses.
