Our program provides formal education at the associate level. During our students' 2-year education period; welding technology, installation processes, cooling technique, commercial cooling technologies, ventilation systems, heating systems, central air conditioning systems, computer aided design, manufacturing applications, etc. Different courses are given to develop professional skills such as. Our department has 1 application workshop, 1 drawing workshop and 1 computer laboratory and aims to train the qualified technical intermediates that our country needs in air conditioning and cooling. In addition, our students have the opportunity to transfer to the 4-year faculties of the mechanical engineering and energy engineering departments, 4-year faculties related to the department or Open Education Faculties (OEF) when they succeed and enter the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) if they wish.

Our students do internships in various air conditioning and cooling, heating systems design / production units (workshops) and increase their knowledge and skills by directly participating in production. The fact that our students practice in their education and training, reinforces this in their internship places, increases their success and enables them to become the sought-after personnel. Our college meets the need for technical staff in this field. In our rapidly developing region, the needs increase in every subject with the increase in the population. Today, thanks to our faculty members who constantly follow the comfort conditions and developing innovations, the adaptation of the technical staff trained to meet the current demand to the job site is easier and faster.
