Practice Kitchen

Our Practice Kitchen is built on an area of 250 m2 and we have 2 separate kitchens: pastry and general kitchen. In addition to these, there are cold storage, dry food storage, instructor's room and separate male and female student dressing rooms. The tools and equipment used for education and training have been thought and provided to the finest detail. Our kitchen is a comprehensive laboratory designed to meet the practical training needs of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts students with 16 work stations, instructor station, audio and video training facilities.
