Science is considered the first key by which mankind has obtained the succession of the earth, and by which he is distinguished from all the creatures of God Almighty. The requirements of life and its development have led manto the establishment of human studies .Such type of studies builds man in a way that qualifies him to lead scientific and civilized progress in all parts of the earth. In addition,one of the basics for the survival of a good civilizational construction is to be exposed to criticism in order to discover its strengths and weaknesses. Islamic law is the best perspective of criticism that sheds light on these studies. Furthermore,human civilization as a whole is surrounded by life variables that accompany man in all his affairs and times, and the best measure for dealing with these variables is to be exposed to Al sharia principles and its constants, in a way that makes people walk on the right path .There may be an effect and effected by relationship between human studies and life variables i.e., Positive variablesmay affect studies, causing them to grow and develop, whereas negative variables may affect them by adding weakness and regression. For all of these reasons, the title of our mutual international conference will be (Human Studies and Life Variables in the Light of Islamic Law) to open the door for participation to scholars, including professors and thinkers; to Let their fingers write researches that chart for individuals and society the paths of reasoning to face the battlefield of life and its changes.
