Application Requirements

In order to apply for the Erasmus program, it is necessary to wait for the relevant announcement to be made in October-November for the fall semester and March-April for the spring semester. Announcements are made on the "Announcements" section of the university's website and the Erasmus Institution Coordinator's website. Apart from the internet, the announcements posted in the departments should also be followed.

The application requirements for Erasmus Student Mobility for Learning are as follows

(a) have completed at least one semester in the department studied before going abroad,
(b) GPA at least 2.20 / 4.0 for undergraduate level, at least 2.50 / 4.0 for master's and doctorate levels
(c) to be able to speak, write and understand the language of the destination country or the language that will be used in the process of benefiting from the Erasmus program (English)

In order to determine this, a written exam is conducted by the Department of Foreign Languages of our University.

In the Erasmus Student Internship Mobility program, it is not required to be in the second year to go abroad. Other conditions apply.

Requirements for academic staff teaching mobility:

(a) Ability to speak and understand a language (either the language of the country of destination or English) at a certain level, 
(b) There is a bilateral agreement between universities, 
(c) Have a teaching plan (work program) accepted by both the sending and the host institution, 
(d) This program must be signed and sealed by the parties. 

Requirements for staff mobility for study mobility:

(a) Ability to speak and understand a language (either the language of the country of destination or English) at a certain level, 
(b) There is a bilateral agreement between universities. If the place of study is a business, such a bilateral agreement is not necessary. 
(c) A work program accepted by both the sending and the host institution, 
(d) The work plan must be signed and sealed by the parties and include at least the overall objective(s), content and expected results of the program to be carried out
