  STEP 1. Erasmus+ Mobility Application  
1 An application will be made for the Erasmus Language exam between the previously specified dates by entering the website of the External Relations Office. This application will also be accepted as an Erasmus application. Erasmus Language Exam Application
2 After the placements announced after the Erasmus exam, the student can either waive and request a re-placement or give up his/her right completely.  Placement Results and Waiver

  STEP 2. Erasmus+ Mobility Preparation Phase

2 Erasmus Office prepares it. It is read and signed by the student.
The Declaration from the National Agency is delivered to the student.

3 It is the student application form for the University to be attended.
After the nomination process is completed, it is prepared together with the student and the Erasmus Department Coordinator after receiving information about how to prepare it from the institution to be visited. Not every institution may have an application form. In this case, you need to use the form on our page. NOTE: If you cannot obtain the relevant form from the university where you are entitled to receive education, you can use this form.

4 The student prepares it. Information about this form comes with the student application form or can be found on the web page of the University to be attended. It is for pre-arranging the student's accommodation. An advance payment may be required. 5 The student, Department Coordinator and student advisor prepare the program together. By examining the program of the University to be attended, a minimum of 30 ECTS courses are selected. Approved by both institutions. Learning Agreement ( Öğrenim Anlaşması) Download
6 Together with the student, Erasmus Department Coordinator and Advisor, a form is prepared showing the courses that will be counted here instead of the courses he / she has chosen from the institution he / she will go to. (He / she gets the draft from the website.) This form, prepared in triplicate, is signed by the Erasmus Department Coordinator and Advisor and submitted to the department academic board. After the approval of the board, one copy is brought to the office. (Only Faculty of Medicine students will obtain this document from our website. Other students will create it with their coordinator via OBS).  Course Equivalency Form
7 The university prepares it and sends it to the student. It is among the documents required for visa. The student should bring a copy to the External Relations Office.
It is also recommended to leave a copy with the Department Erasmus Coordinators.
 Acceptance Letter ( Kabul Mektubu)
8 The student will take out the type of travel insurance required for the visa of the country of destination, covering the dates of departure and return. It should be prepared as one copy for the visa application, one copy for the office and one copy for the student. Since each country's insurance practice is different, students should get the exact information from the institution where they will apply for a visa. 9 The student must open a Euro account at the bank and leave a copy of the wallet at the office for the preparation of the grant agreement.  Bank Account
10 Erasmus Office prepares it. It states the amount and sources of financial support provided to the student. This document is prepared 1-2 weeks before the student applies for a visa after receiving the acceptance letter.  Financial Support Document ( Mali Destek Belgesi)
11 The student applies to the faculty student affairs with a petition stating that he/she wants to get a 'Passport without Fees' for Erasmus Mobility. Passport
12 The forms received from the consulate of the destination country are filled in and the application is made with the requested documents. The student makes the application himself/herself. Visa
13 It is prepared by the office. It is a document that states the rules that the parties must comply with within the framework of the Erasmus program and will be signed by the student and the representative of Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University (Erasmus Institutional Coordinator) for the grant amount to be received. This document is prepared after the student submits the visa.  Grant Agreement
14 Before participating in the mobility, students must log in to the system directed by the Erasmus Office and take the language test given. The test result does not affect whether or not to go. However, the student who does not solve the test cannot be paid. While registering to the system, students must write their mobility dates in accordance with their acceptance letters.  Online Language Support (OLS)
15 After all these steps are completed, the "Study Check List" must be filled in and submitted to the Erasmus+ Office before departure.  Download Learning Check List

  STEP 3. During Erasmus+ Studentship  
1 Students who fill in the "Learning Checklist" document in STEP 2 and submit it to the Erasmus+ Office will receive 80% of their grants. Payment Instruction
2 If the student is unable to take the courses he/she has chosen before going, he/she must prepare a new Changes to/modification of Learning Agreement by consulting the Department Erasmus Coordinator at Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University via e-mail within one month and submit it to the Erasmus Office immediately. The Foreign Affairs Office follows the official process for the signing of the LA.  Changes to LA ( Ders Değişikliği)
3 The External Relations Office notifies the relevant faculty of the change in an official letter and requests the preparation of a new Equivalency Certificate.  Equivalence Exchange

  STEP 4. Return of Erasmus+ Mobility  
1 The student receives it from the website of Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University. It is signed by the Erasmus Coordinator of the destination University at the beginning and end of the Academic Calendar. 2 The host university prepares it. It shows the student's performance in the courses taken and the ECTS credits received. It must be in English.  Transcript of Records (Not Döküm Belgesi)
3 At the end of the mobility, the student automatically takes the second language exam sent to him/her. Latest Online Language Support (OLS)
4 When the student returns, he/she submits a photocopy of the entry/exit pages of his/her passport to the Office of External Relations. Passport Entry/exit
5 After returning, the student logs in to the website directed by the Erasmus+ Office and completes the final report. Final payment will not be made to the student before the report entry is completed. Final Report
6 It is done by the office after the student submits the transcript, confirmation of mobility, passport entry and exit pages or boarding passes to the Erasmus Office, completes the online report entry and language exam. Final Payment



Internship Mobility Guide

  STEP 2. During the Application Process

3 It is a document showing that the Erasmus+ Internship Mobility that the student will do in the institution where he / she will go with the Erasmus Department Coordinator and Advisor will be counted as an internship at our university if the counter institution deems it successful. 4 Erasmus Office prepares it. It is read and signed by the student.

Since the insurance practice of each country is different, students should get the exact information from the organization where they will do their internship or from the consulate of the country they are going to.

1) Erasmus Office officially notifies Erasmus students by sending "Erasmus Student Confirmation Letter" to the Faculty.
2) The student applies to the faculty student affairs with a petition stating that he / she wants to get a 'Passport without Fees' for Erasmus Mobility.
3) The Dean's Office prepares the "Approval / Approval / No Objection" Letter and sends it to Student Affairs.
4) Student Affairs prepares a Student Certificate and a Passport Without Fees Letter and these documents are taken by the student to the Treasurer's Office and the Police Department and a passport without fees is obtained.

Visa procedures may differ from country to country. For this reason, students should get the exact information from the place where they will apply for a visa.

13 It is recommended that the student gives a notarized power of attorney to a relative to carry out registration and other affairs at Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University. This document is filed in the Erasmus Office.  Power of Attorney

  Things to do on return  
1 The student receives it from Agri Ibrahim Chechen website. Notifies the arrival of the student to the Department. It is signed by the University representative on the departure and return dates. 2 At the end of the mobility, the student automatically takes the second language exam sent to him/her. Final Language Exam
3 After returning, the student logs in to the Erasmus Office website and completes the final report. Final payment is not made to the student before the report entry is completed. Returning Student Report
